Shipping and Exchange Policy

1. Overview

Odd Theory Labs is a services business — we do not sell or ship physical goods in the ordinary course of our work. This page explains how deliverables are handed over for our services, and how the limited cases involving physical items (such as branded merchandise or printed material) are handled.

2. Digital and Service Deliverables

The vast majority of what we deliver — websites, software, creative assets, ad campaigns, reports, brand guidelines, pitch decks, social media content, videos, and similar work — is delivered digitally, via email, shared drives, project management tools, or direct deployment (for websites, apps, and software). There is no physical shipping involved, and delivery timelines are as agreed in the project proposal or service agreement.

3. Printed or Physical Materials

Where a project includes physical deliverables — for example, printed collateral, packaging design proofs, branded merchandise, or event production materials — these are coordinated on a project-by-project basis through vetted print/production partners. Shipping method, cost, and timeline for such items are agreed with the client in writing before production begins, and any courier/shipping charges are billed separately unless included in the quoted price.

4. Delays

Digital deliverable timelines may be affected by client-side delays (feedback, approvals, asset availability) as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Physical item delays caused by courier or production partners are outside our direct control, and we will communicate any known delays as soon as we are informed of them.

5. Exchange and Correction

If a digital deliverable does not match the agreed brief or specification, we will revise it as part of the project's included revision rounds (as specified in the proposal). For physical items with a manufacturing defect or error on our production partner's part, we will coordinate a reprint or replacement at no additional cost to the client, subject to the item being reported within 7 days of receipt.
