The short answer
A dental clinic website exists to turn a nearby person with a toothache, or a parent looking for a family dentist, into a booked appointment. Everything on it should help that decision: where you are, why they can trust you, and how to book.
The sections that matter
- A clear first screen. Clinic name, area, the main treatments and two buttons: Call and WhatsApp.
- Treatments. Cleaning, fillings, root canal, crowns, implants, aligners, kids' dentistry: whatever you actually offer, each with one or two plain lines.
- Your dentists. Photo, name, qualification, years of practice. This is the biggest trust signal.
- Real clinic photos. Reception, chair, sterilisation area. Patients want to see where they are going.
- Reviews. Pulled from your Google listing, with first names.
- Starting prices for common treatments, where you are comfortable sharing them.
- Timings, address and a map. Including Sunday and emergency hours if you have them.
- Booking. A short form (name, phone, preferred time) that reaches you, plus a WhatsApp button.
Mistakes we see often
- Stock photos of smiling models instead of your own clinic.
- A phone number that is not tappable on mobile.
- A booking form that sends to an inbox nobody checks.
- No mention of the area, so the site never shows up for "dentist near me" searches.
How we build them
We have design templates made specifically for dental clinics, so we can show you a preview of your own clinic's website before you pay. The site goes live in 7 days, for ₹25,000 plus GST including the first year of domain, hosting and maintenance.
