Business Development Intern

Find business owners who need a better website, CRM or marketing, start the conversation, and help close the deal with our team.

What you'll do

  • Find businesses that need a better website, CRM or marketing: clinics, interior designers, architects, retailers, startups.
  • Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and in person, and book meetings.
  • Show our ready-made demo websites and explain our packages.
  • Log every lead and follow-up in our CRM, and work with our team to close.

What you earn

  • 10% commission on every client you bring and close, on every payment they make in their first 12 months.
  • Extra incentives when you close 10 or more clients in a quarter.
  • Top performers can move into a paid full-time business development role.
  • Training on our services and pitch, a CRM login, demo sites to show, a certificate and a recommendation letter.

Who should apply

  • Final-year students or recent graduates (any stream).
  • Comfortable talking to business owners in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
  • Self-starter who follows up without being chased.

This is a performance-based internship with no fixed stipend: you earn commission and incentives on the business you bring in.
